cheLA is an organization with over twenty years of experience. Its mission is to foster creation, research, and collective action at the intersection of culture, community, and technology. Founded in 2001 in a former factory in the Parque Patricios neighborhood of Buenos Aires, cheLA became a regional reference, promoting experimental, interdisciplinary, and socially committed practices.
